Getting Retrofit Right Matters

Retrofit work does not end when the installation is complete. It shows up in how a home feels weeks and months later. In whether the air is dry or damp. In whether the space is comfortable, or begins to develop problems that were not there before.

• Bring visibility across the entire process so every stage from assessment to installation is connected, traceable, and understood
• Require evidence, not assumption, so work completed on site can be verified, not just signed off
• Create a clear audit trail of who did what, and when, so accountability does not disappear when something goes wrong

This is not about adding more process. It is about making sure the process actually works.
